Peggy Grande  
Peggy Grande

President Ronald Reagan chose Peggy Grande to work at his side for 10 years, and together they created a powerful partnership. Serving as his post-presidency Executive Assistant, Peggy was the liaison between Ronald Reagan personally and his staff, the public, local dignitaries and world leaders. She ensured that his events, travel, personal and political relationships and day to day operations were handled efficiently and effectively. She had a front row seat to history and got to know Ronald Reagan the man, not just the president.

She drafted and managed correspondence for his original signature, reviewed invitations, scheduled visitors, appointments and phone calls and attended to a wide range of office and personal needs. Peggy traveled with him regularly and was also his post-presidency official photographer which gave her a behind the scenes view of his private interactions with everyone from the general public to heads of state, including Gorbachev, Margaret Thatcher, Brian Mulroney, Helmut Kohl and even a saint - Mother Teresa. Peggy witnessed first-hand leadership on display at its highest and best. Eileen Anderson  
Eileen Anderson

Eileen has had extensive EA experience over the past 23 years, from working with a former President of the United States, and working as an EA to a current A-list actor, to her current role as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a California-based high-profile venture capital organisation. Eileen has responsibility for managing communications between the CEO and all employees, business managers and business partners including investors, architects and designers.

Prior to this role, Eileen was EA to the Chairman and CEO of a leading movie studio, a role which she held for 10 years. During this time, she gained an enormous amount of experience working at the C-Suite level as a senior Executive Assistant. From being a key point of contact between board members, business managers, studio executives and talent, to creating detailed travel plans, event budgets and extensive meeting management, Eileen gained a comprehensive knowledge of how to be an indispensable asset to any employer.

These days, Eileen’s primary objective is to leverage her 20+ years as a senior Executive Assistant at the C-Suite level to help train assistants to better suit their employers’ needs.

 

Liz Gregersen  
Liz Gregersen

Liz Gregersen joined Zappos.com, Inc. and its Affiliates in 2006, as the Finance Administrative Assistant.  She moved into her current role, Time Ninja, in 2008, and works directly with the CEO, Tony Hsieh, and others on the management team. Her role is to find 26 hours in a 24 hour day.  Liz is a mom to a 6 year old son, a giant black lab, and two cats.  Before moving to Las Vegas in 2005 with her husband, Liz earned a B.A. in History from the University of Oregon, graduating in 2004. 

Zappos was established in 1999 and has since quickly become a leader in online apparel and footwear sales by striving to provide shoppers with the best possible service and selection. In 2009, the company was acquired by Amazon in a deal valued at $1.2 billion on the day of closing.


Shaun Tomson  
Shaun Tomson Shaun Tomson is a leadership, resilience and positive attitude expert and has worked with some of the world’s best-known organizations – GM, Cisco, PWC, Google, Toy R US, Disney and Gap – to empower and activate their teams.
Shaun offers a unique perspective on focusing personal will to improve performance, and workshops to help team members deepen relationships and transform individually and collectively.

Shaun's emotionally charged keynotes have been described as “transformational” and “life changing”. As a trainer and coach his primary focus is to help individuals and organizations realize their true potential by envisioning and committing to a positive shared future using his simple psychological tool that focuses personal and group will.

Shaun is a Business Finance graduate from the University of Natal in South Africa and holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University. He has served on the board of Surfrider Foundation and Santa Barbara Boys & Girls Club. He is a former Vice President at Strathspey Crown, a private equity company focused on health care, has consulted for consumer corporations Brooks Shoes and Deckers, and has held executive positions at lifestyle brands Patagonia and O’Neill.

Shaun has presented keynotes and facilitated workshops all over the world and has shared the stage with well-known personalities including Sir Richard Branson and Malcolm Gladwell. He also speaks to 50,000 students each year, at high schools and universities, on how to create a personal code to inspire self-esteem and motivate positive decisions.

Shaun has been married for thirty years and lives with his wife Carla and 7-year-old son Luke in Montecito, California.

Blythe Rowe

Blythe graduated with a bachelor of business (industrial relations) and started her corporate career. She also has her masters degree in management and is a qualified NLP practitioner and peak performance coach.

After 13 years working in Senior Human Resources and Organisational Development roles for some of the world's largest businesses, her obsession for people and performance led her to venture solo. She is the founder and director of people and culture business, ‘Human Incite’ who partner with leading organisations to develop the mindset and skillset of their people and leaders to create sustainable behavioral change and awesome places to work.
