Modern EAs can often feel overwhelmed. Stressed out in every area of our lives. Doing so much for so many, it is very hard to ever feel satisfied that we are doing a good job of anything. This session will help you identify your key roles & understand what is important.

Without energy we are nothing. Having high levels of physical and mental energy is vital to a well lived life. This session will show you where you get your energy from and how you can improve your energy levels. Identify what you need to be at your best.

13.30 Session 3 – THE PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE - WHO'S WORKING?
Feeling unsupported is a huge part of the feeling of overwhelm. Everyone is your life is either contaminating or contributing. Understanding which people in your life are helping and who is hurting will help you to identify where your support is. Identify your top 20 people - who is contributing and who is contaminating?

The masterclass will be conducted using a combination of presentation material and group exercises; maximising your learning potential.
